Program
Oiled Wildlife Response
Since 1976, our Oiled Wildlife Response Team has been at the forefront of the care and rehabilitation of oiled birds. Tri-State’s Oiled Wildlife Response Team is on-call 24/7/365. Founded to mitigate the effects of oil on wildlife, Tri-State continues to lead the way in oiled wildlife response, training, and contingency planning. Our highly trained team provides professional and safe care to compromised wildlife during an incident of any size. We’ve responded to hundreds of incidents locally and around the world, including leading the Gulf of Mexico response in 2010. For more information, please visit http://tristatebird.org/oil/
